Data Deletion Instructions

This page explains how to request deletion of any data Silicon Prairie Technologies has collected in connection with our Business Listing Accuracy Service.

What we collect

This service handles business information, not personal end-user data. When you or your business connects a listing, we store things like your business name and address, the listing URLs and IDs we look up on Google, Yelp, and Facebook, and, if you connect your own Google or Facebook account, encrypted access tokens that let us check and correct your listings on your behalf.

How to request deletion

Email datadeletion@siliconprairietechnologies.com from the address associated with your business or account and let us know you’d like your data deleted. Include your business name so we can locate the right record.

What happens next

We’ll confirm receipt of your request by email, then remove your business’s stored information, including any connected Google or Facebook access tokens, from our systems. This is currently a manual process handled by our team rather than an automated one, so please allow a few business days for confirmation that the deletion is complete.
