Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to submit a quote request or booking through this site.

Our services

Silicon Prairie Technologies provides AI services, custom software development, IT and network support, and technology guidance, described in more detail on our Services pages. Submitting a quote request or booking a call does not create a binding contract — project scope, pricing, and terms for actual work are agreed separately in writing before any engagement begins.

Quote requests and bookings

Information you submit through our quote form or booking calendar is used to respond to your inquiry and, if you choose to move forward, to scope and schedule work. You're responsible for providing accurate contact information.

Acceptable use

You agree not to: submit false or misleading information through our forms; use automated means (bots, scrapers) to access or interact with the site outside normal browsing; attempt to interfere with or disrupt the site's operation or security; or use the site for any unlawful purpose.

Payments

Invoicing for completed work is handled through Stripe. Payment terms will be specified on each invoice.

Our products

Probeo and PrepLoop are separate products; their own terms and privacy policies (where applicable) govern your use of those tools, not this site's terms.

Intellectual property

The content on this site — text, design, logos — is owned by Silicon Prairie Technologies or used with permission, and may not be copied or reused without our consent.

Third-party services

Our site uses third-party tools (Cal.com for scheduling, Stripe for payments) that have their own terms and privacy practices, which apply to your use of those specific features.

Termination

We may suspend or restrict access to this site, for any user we reasonably believe is violating these terms or misusing the site, at our discretion.

Disclaimers

This site and its content are provided "as is." We make no guarantees that the site will be uninterrupted or error-free.

Limitation of liability

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina.

Severability

If any provision of these terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

Entire agreement

These terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Silicon Prairie Technologies regarding use of this site.

We may update these terms from time to time; continued use of the site after changes means you accept the updated terms.
